Name: Elli Norris
About Me: Elli Norris has attended Guild seminars for more than twenty years and been on the staff as leader or in other capacities of several seminars. With Ann Marie Wagstaff, she co-leads periodic one-day seminars at her home in the foothills of the Southern Sierra (Tulare County) which take story, poetry, and love of land as their themes. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist(inactive) and received her Ph.D. in mythological studies/depth psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute (Santa Barbara, CA). Her dissertation examines the Christian story as myth from the perspective of C. G. Jung and Elizabeth Boyden Howes, and the contribution the Guild for Psychological Study makes to the study of myth in general, and the Christian myth in particular.
