Anne Dilenschneider



Anne Dilenschneider, D.Min., is an award-winning poet and writer. She has a doctorate in spirituality and leadership, and consults with individuals and nonprofit organizations on ways to integrate the care of soul with the art of leadership. In addition, she has training in the fields of Jungian, post-Jungian, depth, imaginal, alchemical and archetypal psychology as well as mythology, Great Books, Torah/Talmud and Hebrew, art therapy, music, drama, ritual and dance. Anne has served as a spiritual director with persons from a wide range of faith traditions for 20 years, and she has staffed and led Guild seminars since 1998.

Currently, Anne is a Ph.D. candidate in Clinical Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute, and she is completing her dissertation: "Refusing to Be Put Aside: Women and the Meaning of Betrayal." She is also a registered Psychological Assistant with the California Board of Psychology, serving as the Director of Caminar-Eucalyptus House, a residential treatment program designed to prepare individuals with severe psychiatric disabilities for independent living in the community. In this role, she works collaboratively with clients and their treatment teams, and supervises a staff of counselors, as well as psychologist interns.

Anne lives on the coast, in Montara, near an historic lighthouse that has guided sailors on both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.
