Registration Requirements

Please open this link Seminar Registration Form, print the registration form , fill it out, and mail it to the Guild office, along with your payment. No registration is complete without a payment. Either the full fee, or a registration fee, where listed, must accompany the application for all non-residential seminars. Refunds for cancellations are available, less the stated registration fee. Fees are fully refundable only if your application for the seminar is not accepted or if the seminar is cancelled. No one is excluded on the basis of race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation. Financial aid may be available in the form of scholarship, workership, or non-interest loan.

To register on-line: Send an email containing the information requested on the Seminar Registration Form and mail registration fee, or pay with your credit card through Pay Pal by clicking on the Pay Pal button below. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account.

Residential Seminars

Unless otherwise indicated, fees for residential seminars include room, board, and all seminar expenses. Transportation details will be sent upon acceptance of application. Because of retreat center cancellation penalties, we strongly urge early registration. The full fee is due one month before the seminar begins. If you must cancel after that date, please call the office immediately so that another applicant can be notified to take your place.

Continuing Education

The Guild offers CEUs for selected seminars that meet the qualifications for continuing education credit for LMFTs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. This may be noted in the seminar description, or you may call the Guild Administrative Office for current information. Please note on your application if you will want CE credit. There will be a $15 processing fee for seminar participants requesting CEUs, due when your evaluation form is returned following the seminar. A certificate will be issued upon receipt of the completed evaluation and fee. Approved provider #PCE 1829.
